Alfred you obviously don't remember the double decker freeway blocking the views prior and the reason the "no wall on the waterfront" campaign was so succesfull. Best to look at the same cartoon in light of communities who feel the towers on the bay bridge north side now block views of the fog rolling over the hills and the peaks. Those towers should have been limited until they completed the DTX....
